WMPR App Security Scanner - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using WMPR App Security Scanner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service and Risk Analysis

The app collects and reviews the complete inventory of user-installed and pre-installed apps, including permission information, installation sources, and declared or active special access, to calculate risk levels and present security review results. Collection, analysis, and storage are performed only on your device. Installed-app information and scan results are not transmitted to MD App Creation, Google AdMob, or other third parties. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and in the in-app disclosure shown before collection begins.

Risk scores and recommendations are informational estimates. They are not a definitive malware diagnosis and do not guarantee that an app is safe or harmful. You remain responsible for decisions such as changing permissions or uninstalling an app.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the app only for lawful, personal security purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Free and Pro Services

The free version may display ads. Pro features are those shown on the purchase screen.

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions are processed by Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
• 24-Hour Pro is a one-time purchase. It starts immediately, lasts 24 hours, and does not renew automatically.
• Prices, billing periods, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the information shown at purchase, Google Play policies, and applicable law.
• Eligible purchases can be restored through the app.

5. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Google Play Billing and, in the free version, Google AdMob may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Details about collection of and access to installed-app inventory, permission information, local processing, advertising services, and privacy choices are provided in the Privacy Policy and in the in-app disclosure shown before collection begins.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

The app is provided as available and does not guarantee 100% accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or detection of every security issue. To the extent permitted by law, MD App Creation is not liable for losses caused by relying solely on scan results or recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, design, and original content belong to MD App Creation or its licensors.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown here, and material changes will be communicated where required.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country or region.
